From idea to impact: our UCLL students bring aviation to life
Over the past four months, nine UC Leuven-Limburg students worked with great enthusiasm and commitment on projects focused on how we can inspire and inform future talent about the aviation sector, covering both cargo and passenger aviation.
Yesterday marked a moment of celebration, as they presented two educational board games that translate complex airport and logistics processes into interactive learning tools. These tangible results will be a valuable contribution to our organisation and the wider sector moving forward.
Seeing their ideas evolve into usable outcomes made us incredibly proud of what they achieved.
A big thank you to all students and partners involved in making this collaboration such a success!
Welcoming the healthcare sector to Ahlex
AHLEX is very proud to have hosted the very first Apotheia Community Night.
It was inspiring to welcome pharmacists, partners and healthcare stakeholders for an evening focused on the future of integrated healthcare, innovation and collaboration.

Ahlex’s 3-day Crisis Management Training prepares professionals working in high-pressure environments to lead effectively during unexpected situations. Through realistic simulations, interactive exercises and hands-on crisis scenarios, participants strengthen their leadership, communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
The training is relevant for any sector where crisis coordination, operational continuity and rapid decision-making are essential.

As part of the26th ACI Europe Leadership & Human Resources Forum, held in Brussels, Ahlex had the pleasure of welcoming a group of HR leaders from across the aviation industry for the final day of the programme.
Hosted at our facility in Brussels, the visit includedlive demonstrations and interactive sessions showcasing innovative approaches to aviation training, including VR applications for ground handling and airport operations.
